INVITATION to Participate in a Doctoral Research

PARTICIPATION CRITERIA

~Culturally diverse remote/virtual team professionals who collaborate worldwide.

~At least 3 years of virtual work experience in a US-based multinational organization,

including US subsidiaries.

1:1 ZOOM INTERVIEWS 45-60 min.

PURPOSE: To explore how people from different cultural backgrounds build trust and

cope with challenges that hinder team performance when they

work together in a virtual work environment.
